What is Shoulder Relief

Shoulder Relief is a non-wire bra with 90 millitesla magnets built into the straps. Magnetic action is intended to help loosen stiffness around the shoulders and upper back.

Easier on the shoulders

Wide straps stretch well and are less likely to dig in, helping reduce strain on the shoulders. Magnets built into the straps sit close to the main muscles used when you move the shoulders (the trapezius and underlying muscles such as the levator scapulae) and target areas of stiffness.

About the magnetic effect

• A small circular magnetic therapy device intended to gently loosen areas of stiffness
• It eases tension and helps loosen stiffness caused by built-up tension and fatigue
• Because it uses permanent magnets, the effect continues while they stay in close contact
• Recommended if your shoulders often get stiff

Precautions for use

1. Do not use if you use an implantable medical electronic device such as a cardiac pacemaker, or a medical electrical device such as a programmable pressure-variable shunt for cerebrospinal fluid, because malfunction may occur.

2. If you are under a physician’s care, or if any of the following apply, consult a physician before use:

• (1) Persons with a malignant tumor
• (2) Persons with a heart disorder
• (3) Persons in the unstable early stage of pregnancy, or immediately after childbirth
• (4) Persons with sensory impairment due to severe peripheral circulatory disorders, such as from diabetes

3. Do not bring it close to items affected by magnetism, such as watches, magnetic cards, or floppy disks (it can destroy data).

4. Do not modify the device.

Before use

Each time you use it, check that no metal fragments (such as needles or pins) are stuck to the magnet area (wearing it with metal fragments attached may cause injury).

Requests for use

1. Wear the size that fits your body.
2. Do not use together with medicines such as creams, sprays, or medicated patches.
3. Do not use for any purpose other than the intended use.

Care

• When washing, hand-wash briefly, or if using a washing machine, place it in a laundry net and wash briefly
• Dark colors may bleed, so wash separately from other items. They also transfer color easily with friction. Light colors may discolor
• Avoid tumble drying
• Avoid dry cleaning
