Cancellation, Refund, and Exchange Policy
We strive to provide products that satisfy our customers. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
■ Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations after an order has been completed. Please confirm all details before checkout.
■ Returns
Returns are accepted for domestic (Japan) deliveries only.
* For international deliveries, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email or chat after confirming the conditions below.
■ Price tags and labels must remain attached and the item must be in the same condition as delivered
■ Request must be made within 7 days of arrival
■ For packaged products, the box must not be damaged
■ For regulated medical devices (Shoulder Relax / Waist Relax), the item must be new and unopened
■ Return shipping for customer-initiated returns is paid by the customer
■ Refunds are typically processed within 2 weeks to 1 month after we confirm the return
Returns are accepted only when all conditions above are met.
■ Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. For underwear and innerwear, returns after use are not accepted for hygiene reasons. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Exchanges due to size, color, or customer preference are not accepted.
* For international deliveries, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.
■ Defective products or incorrect deliveries
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via chat within 7 days of arrival. We will provide an appropriate remedy such as a replacement after verification.
* Unused items only.
* We cannot accept opened or used items.
* For international deliveries, we may provide a refund or alternative remedy without requiring return shipment.
■ Cooling-off period
Online purchases are not subject to the cooling-off system under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act. Returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted.
