Shipping policy

About shipping carriers
We use the following carriers:
• Yamato Transport (Nekopos), Sagawa Express (courier service)
• EMS (international shipping)
The carrier is selected automatically based on destination, product size, and weight. Customers cannot choose a carrier.

Domestic shipping areas and fees

All 47 prefectures in Japan: ¥690 (tax included)
* Free shipping on orders of ¥7,980 or more

International shipping areas and fees

Asia (Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore): ¥690 (tax included)
Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): ¥690 (tax included)
North America: ¥690 (tax included)
Europe: ¥690 (tax included)
* We do not currently ship to Africa or South America.

Duties and import taxes (DDP)

International orders are sold at prices that include duties and import taxes.
Duties are calculated and collected at checkout, so no additional fees are due on delivery.

Estimated shipping time

Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after the order is placed.
(We do not ship on weekends, public holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, or during long holiday periods.)
* Delivery may take longer depending on destination, customs clearance, and stock availability.

Shipment tracking

After shipment, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can check delivery status via the link in the email.

Redelivery / long-term absence

If a package is returned due to long-term absence or an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Packaging

To reduce environmental impact, we use simple, minimal packaging. Thank you for your understanding.
