Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all use of the online shop ("Service") provided by LECIEN ("Store"). By using the Service, you ("User") agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all products and services provided through the Service.

Article 2 (Registration and order confirmation)

  1. Users must register accurate information at their own responsibility.
  2. A purchase contract is formed when the Store sends an order confirmation email.
  3. The Store may invalidate transactions involving false registration or misuse.

Article 3 (Payment)

  1. The total price consists of product price, tax, and shipping.
  2. Changes, cancellations, and refunds after payment are not accepted.

Article 4 (Delivery)

  1. Products are shipped via carriers designated by the Store.
  2. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Store is not liable for delivery delays, loss, or accidents.

Article 5 (Returns, exchanges, cancellations)

  1. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer preference are not accepted.
  2. For initial defects or incorrect delivery, contact us within 7 days of arrival; unused, unopened items may be exchanged for a replacement.
  3. Online purchases are not subject to the cooling-off system under applicable law.
  4. Returns and exchanges must follow the Store's designated procedures.

Article 6 (Prohibited acts)

Users must not violate laws, commit crimes, disrupt servers or networks, register false information, collect others' personal data, impersonate others, benefit antisocial forces, or engage in other inappropriate conduct.

Article 7 (Intellectual property)

All content on the Service belongs to the Store or third parties. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. Information on the site is provided in good faith but completeness and accuracy are not guaranteed.
  2. The Store is not liable for service unavailability due to server failure, natural disasters, or social unrest beyond its control.
  3. The Store is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from product use.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

The Store may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on the site.

Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court as the court of first instance.
