You might think you know, but you don't?
How to measure your bra size: The basics

There are many concerns women have about their breasts!
It's important to know your bra size in order to choose the right bra.

However, in reality, there are many people who say they "just choose roughly" or "just choose a bra based on the size they were measured for when they were younger."
Bras are worn directly against the skin, so choosing the wrong bra can not only affect the shape of your breasts, but can also cause stress and strain on other parts of the body, potentially leading to other problems.

It's just a bra, but it's still a bra.
Women's bodies tend to change as they age, so it's important to get measured regularly and wear a bra that fits your body.

Comfortable, pleasant to wear and beautifully timeless.

Chest measurement [STEP 1]
Know your bra size!

Bra sizes are displayed as cup size and underbust size as shown below (example).

  • Your cup size is determined by the difference between your bust measurement and your underbust measurement.
  • Cup sizes are listed alphabetically, starting with AA cup, which is approximately 7.5cm apart, and increasing in 2.5cm increments.
  • The under-bust size is displayed in 5cm increments, with an allowable range of ±2.5cm.

Top bust: The circumference of the bust at its highest point.

Underbust: The circumference just below the base of the breasts.

Chest measurement [STEP 2]
What should you pay attention to when taking measurements?

  • To measure accurately, it is important that the tape measure is level with the floor.
  • Please measure while wearing as little clothing as possible.
  • You can get a better idea of the fit by taking your measurements while wearing underwear and lifting your bust.
  • If you are measuring over your clothes, measure the underbust slightly tightly, then gradually loosen it until it feels comfortable and then decide on the size.
  • When working on the top bust, be careful not to flatten the curves of your breasts.

Lastly…
By measuring correctly, knowing your size and wearing the right bra is the best way to improve your figure !

Chest measurement [STEP 3]
Determine your bra size

Once you have taken your measurements correctly, the next step is to determine your bra size.

(What is bra size?) Three points
1. Cup size is determined by the difference between the bust and underbust measurements. 2. Cup sizes increase in 2.5cm increments, starting with an AA cup, which has a difference of approximately 7.5cm.
③The underbust size is displayed in 5cm increments, with an allowable range of ±2.5cm.

For example, if your top bust is 75 cm and your underbust is 65 cm, then 75-65 = 10 cm, so your bra size would be "A65."

Once you know your bra size, check the displayed size and find your favorite one!
